This blanket has a super easy, two stitch repeat for the body of the blanket that creates a texture that looks like dots & dashes in the front. The back looks completely different with a woven-like texture that looks a bit like knitting. However, no weaving or knitting required! Even though a Light (3) weight yarn is used with large hooks (5.5-6.5mm), the pattern creates a lovely dense texture. A beautiful textured border is created by using basic stitches with a slightly different placement (no front- or back post stitches used!).
Over 60 step-by-step photo’s are included showing you the basic stitches & where to place stitches when not made in the usual place. The photo’s are all grouped at the end, so you can choose if you want to print it.
