This crocheted heart is a lovely project for those with some crochet experience. It has a multitude of uses. You can stitch a ribbon to it and just hang it somewhere to be decorative or you can fill it with lavender as I have done and hang it on a clothes hanger or leave the ribbon off and place it in a draw. If you made several of them they would make a beautiful row of bunting. You could also use a finer yarn, 4 ply and a smaller hook, 2mm and make a smaller version. In pastel shades this would look very pretty for a babies room. so there we are one simple heart and lots of possibilities and naturally it would also make a great gift.
