About the Design: These bags are the perfect size for a cell phone or car keys, credit card and lipstick! The magnetic snaps keep the top opening secure. They’re easy to crochet and come in 3 styles - a basic bag with shoulder strap, a bag with a buckled adj. long strap, and a bag with buttoned adj. long strap and a shaped bag bottom. Each bag uses only 2 balls of Heirloom Breeze, a cotton/wool/lycra blend stretch yarn that’s comfortable to work with.
Materials:Heirloom Breeze, 30% wool/69.6% cotton /.4% lycra, approx. 105 yds / 50 gr ball: 2 balls #14 lime - A (sample 1), #16 cranberry - B (sample 2) or #20 pale pink - C (sample 3)
Gauge: 3.5 sts and 4.66 rows = 1” (2.5 cm) in sc with size H hook and 2 strands yarn held together, or size to give gauge. To save time, take time to check gauge.
Substitute Yarn Weight: DK weight held double or bulky weight held single. I have suggested Cascade Yarns Fixation, as a substitute.
