This is a pattern for Christmas Napkin Holders, originally published in The winter Knitting bookazine from Future Publishers. It is a simple project fine for beginners who can increase and decrease. The base is in moss stitch with the yarn doubled, and the petals and leaves on the poinsettia are in stocking stitch. The holly leaves and berries are in garter stitch.
