Perfect for beach or festivals. If you can make a granny square then you can make this bag! It can be made in any yarn provided you use a suitable hook size. And it can be made to any size. It is a great stash buster! The large bag is 70cm high (including handles) and widens to over 50cm when full, the mini bag (great for children!) is 24cm by 20cm. The large bag is voluminous! I have packed 2 lap blankets in it and still had space. For the large bag used a total of 250g of dk yarn in 14 different colours. There are another 2 versions included in the pattern, both a variation on the original. The first is made of 16 granny squares joined and the third uses a solid granny square. The bag can be lined - recommendations on how to do this are included, and it is easy!
