Buinne means rapid current in Scottish Gaelic - the perfect name for this watery cowl. With two alternating rushing streams, Buinne is a surprisingly simple knit and a great introduction to brioche knitting. Knit in two colour brioche the cowl is fully reversible and comes in two sizes.
