Bob "The Stripy" Bird is an amazing cute easy to knit bird for beginners. At 11cm tall, he wont take too long to put together and is a great addition to your knitted toys. Bob is my favorite bird and I love his stripes and cute small wings. I keep him on my desk at work and he always puts a smile on my face. Bob stands up on his own once his feet have been attached and I have made quite a few of them for some friends who saw the bob on my desk and wanted one for themselves. It's now spread around the office and everyone wants a bob :)

You will need to be able to knit, purl, KFB and k2tog. He is knitted flat on 4mm needles.
