Knitted in Blackers Lyonesse it will become a perfect layering piece for all year around. The Linen-Wool Blend gives the perfect stitch definition for the allover texture.
With a provisional Cast on you start at cb with the neckband (left and right) in 1x1 rib, than stitches for body and sleeves are picked up along the neckband and you work top dow, in the stitch pattern ST P (broken rib) including the increases (for raglan / yoke) as well as increases for the front neckline shape at the same time. Separate Body and sleeves by putting sleeve stitches on separate holder; continue the body including the setups for the pockets. The pocket bags are worked before you finish the body with the 1x1 rib hem, joining the pocket bags as you go. Now sleeves are worked in rounds, finished with the 1x1 rib cuff.
