First, I love the name of this yarn company, "Hole In The Wool." Whew! Now that I got that out of the way, these two colors together, make such a bright and breezy duo.
The shawl is worked from the top down, and uses easy short rows to get the back and forth swinging affect. The drop stitch between each short row section makes it lacey, without actually knitting lace.
The pattern knits up easy, because once you've done each section one time, the rest is just a relaxing knit.
