(12 sts on each front neck, 13 sts on back neck) What you should have at the end of this neck row is 12 sts on each front neck . 13 sts on the back neck. When You make the teeth on the back neck the first and last sts of the teeth share the same st as the end st of the front of the hood. I also see I missed a #4 on the first row of the front of the hood
