Avalon is a lacy, feminine slouchy hat pattern featuring a gorgeous leaf-patterned brim and a delicate openwork mesh construction. This hat is inspired by the beautiful princesses of Arthurian legends, and is perfect for year-round wear! This pattern contains helpful, clear photos and easy to follow, detailed instructions.
This is an original design, using US crochet terms. You may not copy, distribute or sell this pattern as your own design, but feel free to sell finished hats made from this pattern!
Skill Level: Intermediate (must be familiar with sc and dc stitches).
Size: One size fits most. Hat brim measures approximately 18” around, and will stretch. Finished hat measures approximately 11” long.
Materials: A total of approximately 180 yards heavy sport weight yarn. Example uses Juniper Moon Zooey in Taro.

-Hook: Sizes D/3 (3.25mm) and H/8 (5mm), or size needed to obtain correct gauge.
