There are also multiple options for edgings on the brim. Try it with or without a ribbon. The top of the hat has a very open V-stitch which makes it light enough for summer. It's a very versatile pattern with endless possibilities!
This hat is easy to make, the stitches include single crochet, double crochet, slip stitch, and a magic ring. Reverse single crochet is optional. Video links are included for learning reverse single crochet and the magic ring.
