The ‘Autumn Dreams Scarf’ is a fun scarf to work up and a very mindful project to make. It uses a variation of open shell stitches to give a sort of falling leaves effect. It’s a light and lacy scarf that’s perfect for those crisp Autumn walks in the forest.
The piece is inspired by a Bashō quote: “Autumn Approaches and the heart begins to dream”. Autumn is my favorite season of the year - it’s always the time I feel most inspired and creative. I hope that the beautiful colors and meditative stitches inspire your creative journey this season!
