Assisi is an airy, light, versatile triangular shawlette constructed by first creating its length and then decreasing every other row to its point. Chain-4 spaces are created along row ends, and the lacy edging is crocheted in these spaces at the end. The picots worked every other row on the wrong side of the shawlette resemble rosebuds or pearls on the right side.
Assisi is 65 inches long and 23 inches at its widest point.
The shawlette was constructed with a U.S. "7" hook (4.5mm), but you can use a "G" hook as an alternate hook.
