The shawl design shows that using irregularity of simple stitch pattern sections creates an extraordinary and modern looking accessoiry.
The shawl has a creascent shape and it is knitted flat from the upper middle to the bottom edge with increases at the edge stitches. Two stitch patterns made with knitted and purled stitches only are used in this design that makes it very relaxing to knit and beginnerfriendly. The edge stitches are worked in Garter Stitch Pattern.
You will need Basic Knitting Techniques such as: • Garter Tab Cast On (shown as a schematic in the pattern) • Knitting and Purling Stitches • Regular Cast Off
Following Special Techniques are shown as Tutorials (photo and text) in the pattern: • Increase with left leaning (M1L) • Increase with right leaning (M1R)
