This traditionally-styled Christmas stocking uses crisp and snowy motifs to create a pretty festive decoration suitable for all the family. Worked in Aran weight yarn, the stocking is quick to knit.
The double-thickness cuff is worked with a provisional cast on, and uses clever colour work techniques to add a name without loosing the stretch and flexibility of the knitted fabric.
Sample shown uses Brigantia Luxury Yarn Aran, in the ‘Natural’ (shade no. 101) and the ‘Gunmetal Grey’ (shade no. 796) colour ways.
