This little Pierrot cardigan I knitted for my oldest grandson. It is knitted in one piece, top-down, and has a zipper and a fake seam. Short rows at the back neck were not neccessary; it fitted like a glove.
The material used is Bio Shetland wool GOTS from BC Garn.
This pattern is written for children in sizes 26 to 34, and the photos show size 26 (meaning: the chest circumference of the cardigan in size 26 is 26 inches). Every stranded row is included in a colour chart. The pattern is written in detail.
Difficulty level/techniques used: intermediate. You know how to cast on, to knit colourwork, to purl colourwork, to use a stitch holder, to bind off, to knit garter stitch and to sew in a zipper.
