    Beschreibung

    I saw this pattern and wanted to try it. This is the first Mary Jane Tearooms pattern I have used and really enjoyed it. The hardest part for me was knitting the top as I'm not used to knitting top down things.lol.😊😊Oh and Dianne I hurried up and took his picture lol.😊😊😉

      Good morning Michelle, hope you have a lovely easter. It is raining here and certainly doesn't feel like easter. Usually we go to a friends house for good friday and have a family gathering on Sunday. Rochelle has been sending videos of the twins and Aahana. She found a toy thermometer up Zian's sleeve where Aahana had been taking his temperature. Never dreamed that we would be living like this. Keep well and happy knitting.

        Happy Easter to you and your family Jenny. I know it's so sad isn't it and the sad thing is some people won't do as they are told. It's hard when you have traditions you will notice it even more, imagine Aahana knowing to take Zian's temperature, they pick up on so much these days. Well it's supposed to be a nice day here and then changing to rain and thunderstorms, so a good day for knitting. I tell you I will have to watch what I am eating all the cooking and goodies, and you can of have Easter and no chocolate. Please take care.đŸ˜ŠđŸ˜Šâ€â€

        @Michelle M: I know what you mean about the eating, we have been having hot cross buns, which we normally wouldn't have and I bought some easter eggs. You tend to eat more when you are at home all the time. Gosh watching the news I am glad we are in Australia and they locked us down quickly.

        @Jennifer M: I love all the goodies too, it's funny though since we are home more out comes the old favourite recipes,Taste actually did a thing on all the old favourites and I love them. I am making more soups, we replaced our old slow cooker and also brought an air fryer(I don't really know how to use it but we will get there) .😊 I said to Michael it's amazing how yes we are having the yummy things but a lot more vegetables and fruit which is good for us. I am missing my favourite Thai restuarant though as I am not good at Asian dishes.😊😊Have a lovely day, thinking of you.đŸ˜Šâ€

      Oh Michelle don't let Rochelle see this or I will have to make two.She just loves elephants I bought the boys sheet and doona covers with elephants on them for their cots. He is just so gorgeous and I love his outfit. Actually I would have to do three because Aahana would want one too.

        Thank you Jennifer,what a lovely comment. I am really happy with the wee man and his outfit. It's funny the hardest part was the top for me as I'm just not used to knitting from the top down, you would have found that easy.😊It's a great pattern and guess what there is a wee girl one too so you could do two boys and the wee girl.lol. 😊Well our tiles are all finished and they look lovely it was so worth it all thank golly, the house looks bigger as there was laminated wooden floor and it was quite dark. Hope you are keeping well, oh I think Michael is going to have to cut my fringe at least, fingers crossed it turns out straight.lol.Maybe we should see who ends up with the better hair cut.lol.đŸ˜ŠđŸ˜ŠđŸ€Ł

        @Michelle M: I am glad you are happy with your tiles. I washed my hair today and tried to do something with it. I am sweeping my fringe to the side at the moment. Easter is going to be very different this year. We are so used to all getting together. Hopefully they can still keep the virus contained by doing what we are doing. We are doing alot better than other countries. We are lucky we are so isolated and don't have other countries on our borders.

It was funny I was a bit nervous when I started knitting him as I love these patterns and thought I hope he turns out ok.Im not used to using so many markers, and knitting top down jumpers, I went to sew the top up,and I only had ends to sew in lol..I have started knitting the wee pussy cat so we will see how he goes.😊Did you see my comment just for you.lol. 😊How's your Dolly dress up going I'm looking forward to seeing her all finished with her wee outfits.đŸ˜Šâ€â€

The cat pattern is great too.😄 My dolly dress up is going a bit slow as I don’t think some of the colours I’ve used for the clothes are very nice, I keep changing my mind and starting another outfit in another colour, oh well it’s a learning curve! đŸ€Ł

        @Dianne S: it's strange isn't it getting nervous over a pattern.lol.It was funny I was going to post a picture earlier but it's been crazy here with new tiles going down. It made me laugh when you said hurry up.😁You know it's funny everytime I try and take a photo it never turns out as good as I want.đŸ€”With colours I get the wool out and lay it next to each other and keep chopping and changing it too, sometimes I'm happy sometimes it's just ok.đŸ˜ŠđŸ˜Šâ€â€
