Product Details
The idea has been on my mind since I made my C2C Apple Washcloths last year (2018), so I am glad I joined the blog hop for the push I needed. Acorns are perfect for Fall decorating, or for a Rustic/Woodland themed home. These washcloths don't use much yarn, so it would be great for stashbusting, or holiday prepping. Alternatively, you can use it as an afghan block!
Materials: 80 Yards of Worsted Weight Cotton Yarn (I used Lily Sugar n Cream in the Ecru [Cream], and Warm Brown colorways, and Crafters Secret in Taupe), H8/5mm Crochet Hook (for Lily Sugar n Cream), I9/5.5mm Crochet Hook (for Crafter's Secret Cotton), Tapestry Needle for Weaving in Ends, Optional, Jewelry Pliers
Yarn Alternatives: Bernat Handicrafter, Paintbox Yarns Cotton Aran, Rico Creative Cotton Aran**.**
Time Spent: I finished my washcloth in about an hour and a half.
This will be a free crochet pattern on the EyeLoveKnots blog as of 10/05/19, but this is the printer friendly, ad-free version.
