Since discovering it a number of years ago I always use Paintbox Yarns for all my crochet projects because it's a pleasure and joy to work with. I'm a beginner knitter and use wooden circular needles, to keep the yarn from slipping off. I find there's less splitting of the yarn with paint box. Also the colors are lovely Its all acrylic so you can wash and dry without shrinkage Ive made 5 afghans so far (each family member wanted one!)!!! Love knitting with this yarn!
