During college I spent my holiday breaks working in the family business, which is to say that I was on a factory floor sharpening industrial knives. When the weather was cold I lived in crew-neck sweatshirts. I love the comfort of my old favorite sweatshirts and designed the Knife Grinder’s Daughter as a grown-up version of them. Now here it is in worsted form--it’s just as comfortable, a little squishier, and knits up faster.
The Worsted Knife Grinder’s Daughter is knit from the bottom up in the round. A continuous stripe of ribbing runs from the side hems up the body and down the sleeves to the wrists.
