This is a PDF knit pattern to make a cable hat in both regular bulky (such as Malabrigo Chunky) yarn and LIGHT super bulky (such as Manos del Uruguay Franca) yarn. The stitch pattern reminds me of an old-school wine opener or corkscrew, hence the name.
