Workflow
The Turtle Hat is worked in the round from the bottom up with decreases for the top.
The top of the hat is worked either on double-pointed needles or on circular needles using the Magic Loop technique.
The motif is inspired by the “pepita”. Similar to it, but easy enough to knit - just one color in the round. The main participants are Slip and Dip stitches.
