The Mood Pillow

A classic design for all Tunisian crochet fans and a stimulating challenge for more experienced crocheters, the "Ten-Stitch" technique never fails to impress with its stunning spiraling motif and gradient shades. For my toss "Mood pillow" cover I chose two contrasting nuances for each side: a joyfully colourful one for side A and a soberly elegant black & white shade for side B. Choose which one to show according to your mood!

FINISHED SIZE: 15.7” x 13”, about 3” thick (40 x 33 cm, 8 cm thick) YARN: 3 oz (86 g) / 329 yds (301 mt) of Fine self-striping yarn, about 1.5 oz (43 g) per ball (choose contrasting shades if you want to create the “mood effect”: color A in bright, warm shades, color B in black & white) (16 wpi). GAUGE: 2.2” x 2.8” = 10 sts x 10 rows HOOKS: Straight Tunisian hook or regular crochet hook: G6 (4 mm) - I usually use one size more than what indicated on the yarn's label
