Product Details
The beautiful alpaca yarn used in this vest is ideal for toddlers . It is warm , light and great for children who find wool itchy on their skin or through other garments .
It is a simple pattern for a one to two year old child with a 48 cm chest . Beginner crocheters would find the instructions easy to follow . It is plain except for the cluster up the centre . The front and back are worked the same except for an extra row on one side for the buttons .
It takes two 50 g balls of Adagio Mills 8 ply alpaca . You need two small buttons and two different size hooks . As there is very little shaping it crochets up quickly .
Size
To fit a standard size one 48 cm chest. Positive ease – measures 50 cm around.
Length 34 cm to top of shoulder. Measurements after blocking – each piece is 25 cm wide and 34 cm long (one row extra on back left shoulder for two buttons)
