This Stripy and Bright crochet cushion will certainly bring plenty of colour and fun to a festive home!
This cushion pattern is perfect for all crochet abilities as the only stitch used is dc, (UK terms) and chain. The cushion cover itself is made from one simple rectangle, that once folded around a cushion pad creates an envelope opening on the back. The big colourful bow is made separately and stitched in to place on to the finished cover and a ruffle edging down each side finishes the cushion off.
It really is as simple as that !
Worked in an aran weight yarn the cushion works up really quickly. I used PAINTBOX WOOL MIX ARAN for the cushion but any Aran/Worsted weight yarn could be used. PAINTBOX SIMPLY ARAN would also be perfect for this cushion.

The finished cushion measures approx. W52cm x H32cm.
