Product Details
This stocking features a bold star pattern in a metallic yarn, giving it an extra bit of sparkle. It is worked from the top down in the round on double pointed needles and features a rib cuff, patterned leg and foot and an afterthought heel. The colour work uses the Fair Isle method, carrying colours not in use across the inside and weaving in or twisting floats. Techniques include working in the round, knit and purl stitches, Fair Isle colour work, picking up stitches, decreases and grafting (Kitchener stitch). Finished circumference is 33cm/13in, finished length from top of cuff to tip of toe is 46.5cm/18in approx.
