This hat pattern includes instructions for all 3 sizes... Adult Small, Medium, and Large. Any yarn that is a heavier DK or lighter worsted weight yarn will work. Do a gauge swatch if you're not sure. Malabrigo Rios would be perfect, Junction Fiber Mills Making Tracks DK is spot on, Or you can try 2 strands of fingering/sport as well.
