Product Details
When making this sun pillow, I decided to add a face to the sun. My family said that it looks like she is sleeping, so I named this pillow, the Sleeping Sun pillow. Surface crochet is used to create the face. There is a photo tutorial to explain this process. The back of the pillow is a traditional granny square. Five buttons hold the pillow together, so it can be taken on and off the insert.
The written pattern contains some pictures to explain the steps. I used Patons Grace and Rowan Summerlite DK weight yarn for this pillow; however, any DK weight yarn will work!
