Product Details
“Shelliana” is an asymmetrical triangular shawl worked on the bias in a shell-like pattern inspired by entrelac and brioche, but created entirely with twisted stitches. Started by casting on 5 stitches at the tip of the triangle, it gains width through increases and additional pattern repeats, with occasional short rows cleverly hidden in the textured pattern, which introduce a slight curvature in the top edge of the triangle for a convenient shape that stays safely put on the shoulders. With its stitch pattern flowing along in soft waves, it complements a variety of outfit styles from casual to festive, and can be paired with jeans as well as skirts and dresses.
