Product Details
Asymmetrical drawstring capelet made with two contrasting yarns.
Capelet worked top down, starting with drawstring casing, continuing with an increasing section for the main color, then short row sections and a stripe with contrast color. Repeat 4 or 5 times those levels and the lower edge is finished with a lined hem. Photo tutorial for the lined hem included in the pattern.
Two options for the length:
4 levels (with 3 contrast stripes): shorter side 10.5” (27 cm), taller side 15.5” (39 cm)
5 levels (with 4 contrast stripes): shorter side 12.5” (32 cm), taller side 20” (51 cm)
Size: Small-Medium-Large
Finished circumferences: upper edge 33-38-43” (84-96-108 cm), lower edge after 4 levels 61-66-71” (156-168-180 cm), lower edge after 5 levels 68-73-78” (174-186-198 cm)
