No additional sizes are required for the Rayan collar, as only the collar opening for coats/jackets needs to be covered. The individual shoulder width is irrelevant.

The entire collar is worked with three yarns at the same time (Aran + Lace + Lace)
Of course, you can knit the collar with just one yarn that matches the gauge instead of three.
