Product Details
Inspired by a swirling and twisting lace pattern, this slouchy hat and fingerless mitts combination begins with a garter stitch band/cuff worked flat holding two strands of yarn together, providing a sturdy structure for the lightweight lace which is worked with a single strand. The lace pattern is worked in the round and results in a spiral of lace around each piece. Both right and left slanting stitch patterns are included for those who wish to make mitts that are mirror images of each other.

Skills Required
Basic knitting skills, knitting in the round, knitting with Magic Loop/double-pointed needles/two circular needles (your choice), yarn overs, k2tog and ssk decs, working from simple lace chart or written instructions, sewing on buttons.
