My husband has been playing the video game Skyrim lately, which is a very detailed, medieval-esque game awash in knitter inspiration. Every temple and hall has something that would be beautiful in knit-form. I made these mittens to look like stone carvings in the perfect stone-colored yarn. My husband named them the "Nord Mittens of Dwindling Frost."
Worsted weight means they knit up quickly. Dream in Color Classy is possibly the most wonderful yarn there is, and your hands will thank you both while you knit with the yarn, and when you're wearing the soft mittens.
