Make a realistic looking cow doll with this easy pattern.
Size: 6 inch / 15 cm sitting when made with Istex Lett Lopi and hook E / 3,5 mm.
The instructions are written in US crochet terms. The pattern contains a list of materials, tools and accessories needed. Brand and colour numbers of the needed yarn. A clear and colour coded description of how to crochet and assemble the animal. Pictures and illustrations to help getting everything right.
Materials: For this cow you'll need worsted weight yarn and an E US/3.5 mm crochet hook. You'll need three colours of yarn: brown (1/4 of a 100 yard skein), light grey (1/4) and oatmeal (1/8). These quantities are estimates. For the eyes I've used 8 mm animal eyes. You will also need fibrefill and pellets for extra weight in the body (I use Hama beads). Lopi colour numbers: 0867, 0054, 1419.
