Product Details
The fire of the Notre-Dame de Paris in 15. April this year has inspired me to design a knitting pattern of the beautiful south rose. This window rose was created arround 1260 and is symbol of the creative order of the cosmos embodied in numbers.
The pattern “Memory of Notre Dame” is a single motif with a tension of 141 stitches x 141 rows including of a selvage of each 6 stitches and 6 rows. It can be used as single or in combination to create individual throws, blankets, bags, shawls, afghans, cushions and much more.
The pattern includes photos, a knitting technique tutorial, knitting instructions for a single motif and a clear chart.
