Product Details
The shawl is worked side to side in two sections. It is shaped with increases along one edge and with short rows, where the stripe rhythm shifts. The yarns are carried neatly along the edge by working them together during the increase sequences.
One Size, finished measurements:
- Top edge width 55” / 140 cm
- Depth 8.75 / 22 cm
GAUGE:
15 sts & 24 rows = 4” 10 cm in garter st (WET BLOCKED).
19 sts/28 rows = 4” 10 cm in garter st (DRY SWATCH)
The exact gauge is not important in this pattern, however different gauge will affect to your yardage! This shawl was knitted with exact yarn amounts given in the pattern. Note that if you work with different yarn or different gauge, your yarn may run out. Prepare with enough yarn.
You need two (2) colors, sample yarn:
