Lana Grossa Cool Wool Vintage

I loved knitting with this yarn. It was soft to the touch, stitches were even and the fabric it produced was gorgeous. I didn't give it 5 stars because it was a bit splitty, especially when I was resetting stitches. I don't usually mind working with splitty yarns but the plies on this yarn are very thin and separated easily so when I reset a stitch there was often a thread "left out" of the stitch which left an unsightly loop I had to repair on a subsequent row. I hope this doesn't mean the fabric will pill after a bit of wear. Note also that this product ships from Britain and when it arrived there was duty owing which pretty much negated the excellent sale price I paid.
