Product Details
Lace Leaves Cardigan is worked from the top down and features a delicate lace and cable pattern along the fronts, a 2-button closure at the base of the V-neck, and a classic set-in sleeve silhouette with optional waist shaping. The sleeves and body are shaped together down to the armhole. The cardigan is worked with a strand of brushed alpaca silk and a strand of merino silk held together, creating a wonderful sheen and halo to the fabric.
Skills used:
Provisional cast on, increasing and decreasing, simple cables, simple lace (yarn overs, and decreases), German short rows (or comparable method), picking up sts, and
i-cord bind-off and buttonhole (video links provided)
