Product Details
Yarn: Any scrap or leftover yarn would do, either any 2 stands of aran weight yarn held together or 1 strand of bulky yarn of your choice. I used 2 strands of aran weight held together. The finished cushion is 170 g, which is ca. 3.5 skeins of aran weight yarn with 90-100 m in 50 g.
Needles and notions: 4 mm (G) crochet hook (at least), 1 or a few stitch marker (s). Use a hook suitable to the yarn you use.
Gauge: 8.5 - 9 single crochet sts in 10 cm /4 in.
Techniques: All you need to know is, how to make chains and how to work single crochet stitches. Detailed video instructions are available on my Instagram page and saved in Stories Highlights called Katzie’s Bed.
Construction: This cushion in made of 2 identical oval pieces, worked with single crochet in a round and joined together afterwards, which makes it sturdy, durable and warm.
