The Jora Blanket has a simple geometric tapestry crochet design which builds up to create a stunning blanket.
Jora means “autumn rain” and for me this blanket evokes feelings of harvest and rain drops. Whatever the shapes remind you of, their attractive repeating simplicity makes Jora a relaxing and mindful make, whilst creating a blanket with a truly striking pattern. The pattern includes full written instructions, comprehensive pattern notes and a chart for making the blanket. It also includes links to some handy video tutorials about techniques used in the blanket. The pattern is in both UK and US crochet terms. The finished blanket measures 67 x 87cm but this can easily be adjusted as explained in the pattern.
