A simple pattern to create a wonderfully snuggly baby blanket in Aran or Chunky yarn.
For the Aran blanket:
*You will need approx. 250 grams of Aran baby yarn / #4 medium (490 metres approx)
*One pair of 6 mm UK size , (size 10 USA size) knitting needles.
Approx finished size of blanket 23 x 35 inches.
For the Chunky blanket:
*You will need Approx 350 grams / 525 metres Chunky yarn (#5 bulky)
*One pair of 6.5 mm UK size , (size 10.5 USA size) knitting needles.
Approx finished size of blanket 25.5 x 35 inches.
This is an easy pattern worked all in one piece and the size can be easily adjusted to suit
