This company is UNETHICAL. Nowhere did it say that my purchase of patterns, were in digital format only. I therefore incurred further expense for transport and printing, which made them VERY expensive. I would NOT have ordered if I had known the patterns were not to be posted to me and when I complained, they refused to re-imburse me, saying there are no refunds for digital patterns, as they pay this money to the designers. Therefore, I cannot recommend this company and in fact, will tell all I know, NOT to support them.
