Using a large 10.00 mm hook and 1 skein aran weight yarn, the fairly loose sts make up into a soft, light, squishy shawl. It looks lacy from a distance...but after you eyes focus....Yiikes. XXtra Creepy Skulls. If you would like to keep it more subdued...use a variegated yarn It will camouflage the skulls somewhat, and all you might see is the lacy pattern. The instructions are written in American Crochet terms. There are pictures of almost every step.
