Garter and Gulls Hat

The hats are worked in the round from the bottom up. They resemble my "Garter and Gulls Scarf", exploring variations of the “gull’ or ‘gull cable’ stitch, a set of cross-overs that can be worked either by dropping sts intentionally, or by using a traditional cable needle. In my knitting, I used the drop-stitch method (when the stitch is dropped from the previous round to the front of your work it will hang there safely).
