"When you support a small farm business, you are supporting a dream." -Cori Eichelberger (Irocknits Designs)
This uniquely structured shallow triangle shawl is worked flat from the top down. Two different textured stitch patterns make for a fun knitting experience. Increases happen on every other row on both ends while the last 4 sections include center spine increases for the slightly triangular shape. There are three bind off options: i-cord, picot, or garter.
There are 3 samples for this farm yarn shawl, I used rustic farm yarns from Ross Farm (center picture). Maple Hill Farm (Sam of Lavender Lune) and Get Bentz Farm (Theresa) Handspun would be excellent choices for this as well. Ross Farm yarn produced a lovely Funky yarn with a 3-color barber pole effect which I paired with a pink solid in DK weight. I chose brighter dyed fingering weight yarn from Get Bentz Farm. And for the Lavender Lune sample we used a gray-on-gray colorway palette.
