Every time someone close to me is expecting a baby, I try my best to convince them to name their baby after me. When my friend Jónína and her husband found out they were having a baby boy I suggested the name Elínór. Sadly, for me, they weren’t even slightly interested in using the name. I on the other hand liked the name, obviously, and decided to use it for the blanket I made for the little cutie, who was named Þórir Hrafn ♥
