Dotta Hat is a beanie hat in Stockinette stitch with a popcorn pattern just above the brim. It’s worked from the bottom up, beginning with a provisional cast-on for the broad folded ribbed brim.
Gauge: 21 sts x 31 rounds in Stockinette stitch = 10cm/4”
