Abbreviations:
sts - stitches
K – knit
P – purl
M1 – make 1
SSK – slip, slip, knit
K2tog – knit 2 sts together
P2tog – purl 2 sts together
B & T – break off yarn leaving a long end, thread it through sts left on knitting needle, pull togother tighly
Gauge: 10 x 10 cm (4" x 4") = 24 sts x 30 rows (needle 3,5 mm = US 4)
