This is a beautiful and very popular poppy crochet pattern.
The pattern includes photographs and full instructions for a poppy in three sizes, approx 9 cm, 7.5 cm and 6 cm (3 and a half inches, 3 inches and 2 and a half inches).
The poppies can be used as a single poppy or assembled together with or wthout a button to form a double poppy.
Skill level - Easy - intermediate.
Double Knitting yarn is used.
I make these as brooches / button holes to raise money for charity and people love them. They can also be made in other colours to support different causes They also make fantastic accessories and decoration for bags, blankets and hats etc.
